Recently Ms. Rennu was nominated as a finalist in the Most Creative Professional 2009 for the Stevie American Business Awards 2009. She won Outstanding 50 Asian American in Business 2009 and her learning centers, Genius Kids, were nominated as Best Schools in Alameda County, California, USA 2009 (Best of the Bay KRON 4 Television) and "Most Likely Place to Find a Silicon Valley Inventor Award - Best in Educational Services 2005" East Bay Express Publication.
