Good handwriting is very important, even in this day and age. Having handwriting that others can read can help you in school and beyond. However, teaching and helping your child's handwriting improve can be hard to do. One step at a time and you can help your child have better handwriting. First begin with teaching children how to hold a pencil and draw different lines and slants. After completing this, we will progress to lower case letters and finally upper case letters. Writing words and sentences comes after we have mastered step 1. Begin with each level and progress to the next book. Remember, do not rush. Encourage them to work slowly and neatly. Make more copies of each page for practice. Have fun!
