Apart from giving us the basic information about the world around us, it also provides us with the food for thought. It encourages us to think. It increases our hunger for knowledge and our thirst to learn more. Children should be encouraged to read for at least 30 minutes every day. To accomodate the schedules of busy parents, this section of our radio program is developed to encourage your child achieve a daily reading log. Be sure to download the FREE reading worksheets from the worksheet section and have your child read along with Miss. Rennu. This exercise will develop a clarity and voice expressions making reading interesting and fun! Each story has tons of sound effects to make it fun and real.

Repeat the reading exercise with the same story until you have mastered the pronunciation of the words, looked up meanings of new words and are able to retell the story back in your own words.
