One of the best ways to reinforce learning is to incorporate color and images. Flashcards can be used to play games, ask questions and general review. Images and bright colors make learning fun and easy. These series of flashcards can be used with many of the lessons on the site.

Good handwriting is very important, even in this day and age. Having handwriting that others can read can help you in school and beyond. However, teaching and helping your child's handwriting improve can be hard to do. One step at a time and you can help your child have better handwriting. Rennu's Handwriting Recipe books are easy to follow. Children will have fun learning to write the alphabet letters step by step, followed by words and sentences. Begin with each level and progress to the next book. Remember, do not rush. Encourage them to work slowly and neatly. Make more copies of each page for practice. Have fun!

Each interactive multimedia lesson has its own complete manual which includes the teaching notes to accompany the lessons and all the worksheets. These are excellent tools to use if you wish to home school your child or teach a group. Select from a range of well known fairy tales at the radio sections. Download the worksheet & read along. Repeat the reading exercise with the same story until you have mastered the pronunciation of the words, looked up meanings of new words and are able to retell the story back in your own words. Enjoy the exercise and have fun! After you have perfected the story, record your voice and send it back to Miss. Rennu to upload for the world to hear your story telling!

Ms. Rennu has developed these workbooks to use with the interactive lessons and stories found at missrennuonline.com. Each workbook includes a series of worksheets associated with the lessons taught for phonics, reading, math, science, social studies, stories and writing. These weekly books can be used by parents who home school their children, parents whose children are unable to attend a Genius Kids learning center or by other teaching institutions that are seeking an effective and proven system of education and learning for their students. The program covers a whole year of teaching to include 38 weeks of teaching. The curriculum has been adapted from the 10 years of experience and success with Genius Kids. Ideal age for this curriculum is ages 3-4. These workbooks must be used in conjunction with the recommended flash lessons, radio online programs and interactive stories –Rennu’s Reading Recipes, Rennu’s Math Recipes, Rennu’s Science Recipes and Rennu’s Adventure Time Series. Rennu's systematic phonics approach, in conjunction with phonemic awareness practice is perfect for preschool, kindergarten, first grade, second grade, special education, home school, and English language development (ELD, ELL, ESL). The fun stories are centered around short vowel blends using music and images, an educational alternative making learning fun and easy. Students through her reading lessons and phonetic stories have begun reading fluently by the age of 3 years old!.
